SuperSwift is a product of Flamanco SCOM, a company registered in Belgium (VAT: BE0783934697). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website and services.
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company name, and role when you sign up for our beta program or contact us. We also collect usage data automatically, including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.
SuperSwift may identify and maintain public industry entities on your behalf, such as organizations, products, and industry events. Your private company data, documents, analysis, tenant-specific annotations, and account-specific context are not used to enrich the shared public world model without explicit policy or action.
We may use aggregate demand signals, such as searches, previews, comparisons, or MCP tool usage, to prioritize which public industry areas to review or refresh. These signals are intended to be normalized and non-content-bearing; they are not a place for raw prompts, private notes, transcripts, or document contents.
The current public directory intentionally excludes people profiles, leadership lists, KOL directories, hospitals, clinics, and care-provider directories.
We process personal data based on: (a) your consent, (b) performance of a contract, (c) legitimate interests in improving our services, and (d) compliance with legal obligations. As a Belgian entity, we comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating our platform (e.g., hosting, email delivery) under appropriate data processing agreements.
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
