1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SuperSwift, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Beta Program

SuperSwift is currently in beta. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and the service may experience downtime or interruptions. Beta access may be revoked at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SuperSwift are owned by Flamanco SCOM and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you input into the platform.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, (c) reverse engineer the platform, or (d) resell or redistribute the service without authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flamanco SCOM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
